For your convenience, we provide a prepaid return shipping label through AfterShip. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

Item’s condition? 

Items must be brand new with tags returned in its original condition meaning no signs of wear, tear, odor, etc.  If there is signs of any of the following, we reserve the right to deny the return. â€‹â€‹
